Each researcher is unique in his or her own way, but what binds all the researchers in the Safir Holding Team is the appetite to learn new things about the true chicken taste of Deliciosul de Vaslui and the natural blush in the cheeks of our slow-growing chicken, Zdravăn Moldovenesc.

How do they do it?
It all starts with the careful and responsible analysis of the quality of the raw material, followed by the permanent sanitation tests carried out in our laboratory full of complicated equipment, which each of them knows in detail, and the testing of the final product, which will end up in the kitchens of millions of Romanians.

Together they are like a filter for the safety and consistency of the quality of our chicken, and the curiosity, passion and perseverance with which they do this is a constant source of inspiration for each of us. And... there is something else we love about them: they are... very demanding, one does not get past them easily.

The people in the Premixtures Plant ensure compliance with the high standards of feed processing for our vigorous and delicious chickens bred on our farms and are responsible for their feed.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, the quality of Safir Family products is closely monitored from the very beginning. How do they manage to do this?

They receive and check the grain thoroughly, ensure strict adherence to recipes and do thorough laboratory tests of raw materials and finished products. Also, since they are always looking for the best feed sources for our chickens, they are constantly innovating recipes for normal and slow-growing chickens.

With the continuous care and dedication of the lively people at Holding Familia Safir, our puppies grow beautifully on our own rural farms in Vaslui (Rosiești, Simila, Miclești), Botoșani (Cucorăni, Leorda, Rachiți) and Bacău (Parincea and Tătărăști), in a controlled and biosecure environment.

They are the ones who look after them from the first day of their life and make sure they are fed properly, with the best feeds, so that they grow up strong and vigorous.

As you well know, this requires a lot of love, care and hard work, but the people on our farms do it all with enthusiasm and zest for life every day.
