Together with D.G.A.S.P.C. Vaslui, Iași and Botoșani, the Safir Family increases the employability of young people leaving the child protection system (young people over 18).
Thanks to our initiative, launched in October 2021, we have succeeded to employ young people from the foster care system in all companies in the Safir Group.
The Safir family has been, is and will be a long-standing partner for the employment/ social integration of young people from the foster care system.
The Safir family is and will be a partner for educational institutions in Vaslui County, contributing to the training of young people.
These partnerships enable us to offer young people the opportunity to improve their theoretical knowledge through traineeships in our company, which complement their theoretical knowledge in a pleasant way.
In June 2022, Safir Company together with the Regional Institute of Oncology Iași (IRO) and Enable Romania Foundation organized the cervical cancer prevention campaign - Be responsible for your health! During the campaign 84 female employees from Safir were screened.
